My friend in Austin impressed upon me the need to have a traditional, “Mexican Breakfast.” So we went to one of her favorite places, Chapala Taqueria in Austin.
A mix of bacon and eggs in tacos, chips and guacamole, refried beans and orange juice. It was quite a mixture, but a good one. The mean was very filling and tremendously cheap.
This was definitely a traditional spot with everything from the television’s playing Spanish novellas and a rack of spanish dvd’s for sale
Good food for cheap is always a good combination. The price was fantastic and the food (Mexican just might be my favorite) was quite good.
