After a trip to Alaska I wrote about my experience with Frontier Airlines and my attempt to get a refund for a seat selection. I hadn’t receive a response in a couple of weeks so I reached out to them again. Take a look and read my experience here.

Frontier did finally get back to me, just a few minutes after I tweeted out a notification that two weeks had passed without a response. They gave me a credit for $6, or $3 per seat selection.
It wasn’t anything spectacular, no credit, miles, or additional $$ for the delay. That would have been nice to go above and beyond since I had to reach out to them multiple times (and they only finally responsed when I blogged and tweeted about it, but that’s not what I asked for. I asked for a refund of the fees
The total fees to select a seat was $12 per person, with four total legs. So the $3 per seat was sufficient.
Overall, when they finally did get back with me, Frontier was quick providing me with the refund I asked for. They didn’t go above and beyond but they did give me my request once I pressed them I understand that departments get busy and wires get crossed, so most of all, I just want it taken care of in a timely manner once they acknowledge they are running behind. I’m satisfied with Frontier’s customer service and I’d be willing to spend the money to fly with them and select a seat again.
